Teaspoon, tablespoon or bag for one cup

The plant form determines the measure and time, so one instruction does not fit every tea.

Whole lemon balm or mint leaves are measured with a teaspoon and steeped for a few minutes. Cut rosehip and the winter blend need a tablespoon and a short simmer, while one chamomile bag is measured for one cup.

Follow the stated time on the first brew, then adjust it by a minute. Doubling the amount often hides the difference between plants.
