Rosehip, apple, coriander and fennel remain visible so you can check what you are brewing.
The lead ingredient is rosehip from Marija Kovač in Slavonia. We add dried apple, whole coriander seed and a little fennel, with no sugar or added flavouring.
This blend needs a short simmer rather than a simple steep. One tablespoon and eight minutes make a drink in which the fruit and spices remain distinct.
